		<description>This is not a classic &quot;Blackened Steak&quot; made famous by Paul Prudhomme of New Orleans.  A Blackened Steak should be prepared in a cast iron skillet.
That being said I&#039;m off to the store to try this due to all of the rave reviews.  Hopefully I remember to return and give my review and possibly a name change to this recipe.</description>

		<description>This seasoning was fantastic!  The only thing that I added was some crushed Basil.  Other than that, it&#039;s an excellent seasoning. Highly Recommended!
