Thanksgiving Steak Bag

You know you need this bag.

Or you know someone who does.

Why not give the ultimate gift this holiday? The Thanksgiving Steak Risotto bag.

Yes.

Your cousin who just last week was mentioning how cool it would be to carry a bag with a photo of meat on it?

She needs one.

Surprise her at your family get-together and you will be the family golden child.

Check it out at Zazzle.com – but get yours before they’re all gone!!!

Steak Joy

This is the sight that made me happy last weekend.

Gimme a steak on a grill and I’m a contented gal. A ribeye and a couple of Kansas City strips have such an effect on me.

What is it about the prospect of eating a beautiful steak that just sends me into orbit? Maybe it’s because I’m pretty much guaranteed I’m gonna like it.

That’s something I don’t find in my everyday life very often.

Plus, things just don’t bother me as much if I’m eating a steak. My kids could be chasing each other around, making extremely high-pitched noises – and I just don’t care as much as I would if I were eating, say, a Lean Cuisine.

I’m looking at this meal as an investment in my mental health. And it’s doing the trick.

Whatever gets you through the day, right?

Steak in a Nutshell

I found this cute little “Brief History of Steak” online and thought you might like to see it.

It’s all the basics of steak in a neat, concise package. Looks like a school project.

I’m wishing my school projects had been so much fun. I remember styrofoam solar systems which included planets that are no longer planets now.

My how things change.

Check out this sweet little page here – and share it with your kids. It’s educational!
