I Heart Steak

There are so many forms of love, so it’s only fitting on this Valentine’s Day to express our love for steak – or anything else for that matter.

Someone beat us to it with this wall mural professing sweet, sweet love to all things steak.

I can think of no greater art form than this.

I know, I know – Michelangelo and everything. But this is STEAK we’re talking about!!!

Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! I hope you have steak in your life today.

Heart Healthy Valentine

It’s almost Valentine’s Day, but you can make a pledge to your sweetie that will last well beyond Tuesday’s holiday.

February is American Heart Month and the emphasis is on keeping us all heart healthy. The older I get, the more I think about this. I want my ticker – and my honey’s ticker – to stay healthy forever.

So…now is the perfect time to try these heart healthy steaks and beef tips. They’re certified by the American Heart Association and they are leaner cuts than you’d find on just any old steaks.

Pretty cool.

Some of them are seasoned heart healthy steaks and some are unseasoned. I think I’ll try the seasoned ones for a little extra kick.

Speaking of KICKING, I’m ramping up the exercise, too. I’m serious about this.

There’s nothing more romantic than a gesture that says, “I want you around for as long as possible!”

Steak Workout

I’ve seen some strange things in my day, but this just might take the cake – or steak, or veggies…

This fine cutlery is designed to give you a workout while you dine. Yes, pump some iron while you fortify your body.

I’m all for multi-tasking, but this seems a bit much. Are these selling like hotcakes? I do wonder.

This article gives you all the details about this amazing invention. But, really, I think you can get the gist by just looking at the photo. You pretty much immediately know whether you’re game for this or not.

Tell me, does this seem appealing to you? I know we’re all busy these days, but I prefer to savor and enjoy my steak – not huff and puff and sweat while I’m eating it.

What say you?
