A little chart for ya on this educational Friday.
For the older kids, this chart’ll help you learn where each cut of beef comes from on the cow. Take notes, because there WILL be a test later.
And for you younger ones, well, just enjoy an age-old nursery rhyme involving a cow jumping over the moon.
That’s enough learning for today. My head hurts now.
And I’m hungry.

I have just read part of your site and for some reason I just keep reading I have smiled, wanted to know more,and find this site great You added a great flair to the site I cant wait to cook meat My whole family loves meat I have a “Meat Guy” and buy by the boxes Lots cheaper than in store Always looking for new ways to cook now that the kids are home all the time 2 Teens, 3Yr old, husband, and me Thanks you have done a very good job!!
