Cooking Steak in a Clean, Healthy Kitchen

One of the first things that can’t be overlooked before cooking a nice, juicy steak at home is a clean, healthy workspace.

Health.com features an article with great tips about keeping food prep areas safe and hygienic. For instance, using separate cutting boards — one for meat and the other for veggies. We don’t want any cross-contamination.

Another important piece of cooking advice is to remember is use a meat thermometer. Cooking beef to the proper temperature (145 degrees F) is imperative.

Read on for more advice on cooking beef in a healthy kitchen.

Then, have fun cooking steaks at home!

Beefy Billboard

This is hilarious!

Why not have some fun with your marketing?

And, hey, it’s probably true. You know, if you believe in that sort of thing…

Beef. It’s what the aliens are having for dinner.

Black Friday Beefathon!

Here we are on Black Friday. And you either love it or hate it.

But one way to save big on the beef you want and need for the upcoming holidays doesn’t require you to pitch a tent, stand in line – or even leave your house.

My favorite steaks are on sale and you can see some awesome Black Friday specials here.

Shop for steaks online and give ’em as gifts this holiday, plus stock up for incredible meals over the holiday season. If you’re going to have houseguests these are always a big hit!

Seriously, it’s one of my top 10 favorite days of the year. A chance to save on my favorite beef without a stranger breathing down my neck in the checkout line.

Happy holidays, indeed!
