Beef Samosas

Just look at those amazing little packages of goodness. Inside, there’s a beefy treat and outside, well, that’s just crunchy deliciousness.

You can make samosas with lots of things — lentils, sugary treats, etc. — but beef sounds like a party on a plate.

This recipe calls for filling the samosas with ground beef, peas, garlic and lots of other flavorful ingredients.

As always, you can use the recipe as a guide but customize it to your own taste. That’s the fun part!

See the full beef samosas recipe here and let me know how yours turn out!

Burgers and Dogs By the Sea

Happy New Year’s Eve!

Seeing as how we all made it through the Apocalypse, I think there’s cause for celebration!

May your 2013 be filled with burgers, dogs, steaks, roasts and much happiness!

Holiday Steak

THIS was Christmas Eve dinner.

We are spending the holiday in the Cayman Islands.

And THIS is how you do steak Cayman-style. A Kansas City strip in the Caribbean.

What wonderful meals did you prepare for the holidays?

Anything made with love surrounded by family and friends sounds delicious to me!

Hope you’re having a wonderful holiday season!
