Amazing Beef Stroganoff

I LOVE this dish! And it’s perfect for these wintry, freezing days of January.

Make this for the people you love and they’ll KNOW you love them!

Click here to read about the history of Beef Stroganoff, including how it was named after Count Stroganov and why it was made for him. Fascinating.

Find the full recipe here. Don’t forget to make the incredible fried potatoes, too!

Enjoy!

Mr. Bean’s Steak Tartare

If you’ve never had the pleasure of watching Mr. Bean in action, you’re in for a treat.

Played by British comedian Rowan Atkinson, Mr. Bean is always finding himself in ridiculous situations — and then making them even more ridiculous with his crazy antics. That’s just his way. And that’s why we love him.

There were only 14 episodes ever made featuring the lovable doof and this one is a doozy. Mr. Bean attempts to dine at a fine restaurant and orders a steak.

Now, I prefer my steak cooked — as apparently Mr. Bean does — and, well, hilarity ensues.

If you have a “taste” for British comedy, you’ll like this one. Enjoy this steak tartare with Mr. Bean!

Steak with Pomegranate-Pinot Sauce

This is so gorgeous, it just HAS to taste good!

This steak is enveloped in a beautiful pomegranate and wine sauce. Delish.

If you’re up for something a little different, try this recipe, plus the garlicky potato recipe that accompanies it this weekend. . . and let me know how it goes!

Happy weekend, everybody!
