Looking for some ideas and inspiration for your Labor Day weekend menu?

Look no further! Our friends at DashRecipes.com have put together a “Perfect Labor Day Menu” that includes recipes and tips for making such faves as Grilled Ribeye Steaks (see delicious photo above), Steak and Pepper Kebabs (one of my all-time favorites), Steak Sandwiches with Red Pepper Sauce and Grilled Steak with Vegetable Couscous.

I don’t know how you’re going to decide which ones to prepare – so I say, just make ’em all!

What? It’s a loooong weekend, right?

And the leftovers will be fantastic for the week ahead.

This is just the cover graphic, but inside the mag is a four-page spread with a thorough description of each of the cuts (conferences) and “Menu Specials” like Florida at Texas A&M in their SEC debuts. Waiter, I’ll take one of those!

This is a clever way to play off the beef-lovin’ fun of college football. It sure caught my eye!

Check it out in this week’s issue of Sports Illustrated. You’ve got to be a subscriber to view it online, so it’s worth picking up at the checkout counter next time you’re at the market.
