Ready for Steak This Weekend?

If you’re looking to cook something a little different this weekend, try this flavorful boneless ribeye steak recipe from Chef Marcus Samuelsson of Good Morning America.

It would seriously be a good morning if you served this up with some eggs and fixins the next day.  Just sayin’.

Try this paprika-y, garlicky seasoning and tell me what you think. This just might become your favorite new way to cook a steak!

Steak Teaser

This poor guy is getting teased by a steak on a string. Sad. Just sad.

This may qualify as “cruel and unusual punishment.” LOL.

But, judging from how well-done that steak was, they may have done him a favor by just teasing him with it.

You know what I mean? Give it a little juice, guys – it enhances the flavor!

And, really, let him eat it please . . . he works hard for our country!

Springtime in Steakland

This weekend, the sun teased us where we live and gave us some gorgeous, spring-like weather.

Here’s what we chose to do with it. . .

Uh, huh. We grilled out. It turned into this. . .

And soon after, the weather yelled, “Psyche! Just kidding!” Then it turned back into nasty winter.

I’m SO glad we took advantage of it when we had the chance. I just hate sending my hubby out to grill in the snow. I’ll do it, but I just hate it. 😉

Here’s to more springy weather. It puts me in a fabulous mood – and keeps me well fed!
