What Does Steak Mean?

Is this a deep, philosophical question?

An inquiry from a visitor to our planet?

Nope, just a “Who’s on first?” type of comedy skit from our friends at BBC.

Steak style.

Funny? You decide!

Mr. Bean’s Steak Tartare

If you’ve never had the pleasure of watching Mr. Bean in action, you’re in for a treat.

Played by British comedian Rowan Atkinson, Mr. Bean is always finding himself in ridiculous situations — and then making them even more ridiculous with his crazy antics. That’s just his way. And that’s why we love him.

There were only 14 episodes ever made featuring the lovable doof and this one is a doozy. Mr. Bean attempts to dine at a fine restaurant and orders a steak.

Now, I prefer my steak cooked — as apparently Mr. Bean does — and, well, hilarity ensues.

If you have a “taste” for British comedy, you’ll like this one. Enjoy this steak tartare with Mr. Bean!

Steaks on TV

The Travel Channel is tackling that most sacred of subjects:  STEAK!

They’re visiting steakhouses all over the U.S. and illuminating the pros and cons of each one. From New York’s Peter Luger’s to the Big Texan in, well, Texas, you’ll get an idea of what’s in store for you at each one.

BUT . . . of course, TV can’t give you a taste. My advice? Check them out and copy the styles you see on the tube in your own kitchen.

I’m crazy like that.
