Steak For All

Today I give you this because, well, it’s pretty hilarious.

That pup looks downright regal with his sirloin steak. I almost believe he could even cut it with that knife and fork.

But then I remember he has no opposable thumbs. Bummer.

If you’re not a dog lover, this may just gross you out. If so, just look away. Look away, I say! And think happy thoughts of your own sirloin steak.

Happy weekend, everybody!

Steaks on a Plane

You’re a steak lover, right?

So picture this… you’re on a flight – one long enough to require a meal that’s not peanuts or unidentifiable corn chips. You’re feeling sassy so you order a steak.

Because you can.

The savory aroma of the meal begins to fill the airplane cabin. You’re getting hungry. You can’t help it.

Your meal finally arrives and it looks like the photo above. You’re so famished you could eat your hand right now.

It looks delicious.

Are you pleasantly surprised or aghast at the quality of the meal?

This meal above was a United Airlines offering. Have you ever tried it? What did YOU think?

Should you have waited until you got home to cook up your own amazingly perfect beefy delight? Or are you okay with taking whatever you can?

R U Up 4 Steak Tartare?

This French Bistro classic is a polarizing dish.

You either love it or, well, you don’t.

The ingredients must be fresh and your palate must be refined.

With its raw lean steak and raw egg, it’s a relatively easy meal to make. Getting the whole family to enjoy it may be another story.

Kudos if you’re up for anything. This might just be what you’re looking for tonight!

If so, click here for some good advice on making your Steak Tartare the best it can be.
