Baked Steak

You grill it. You sear it. You fry it.

But have you tried baking it?

Our friends over at Livestrong.com have the perfect tips for baking a steak that melts in your mouth.

Sounds good to me!

Sometimes you’re out of charcoal/propane, etc. Sometimes you just don’t want to go outside. And sometimes you just want to try something different.

Whatever the reason, try this method and see how it stacks up.

    Followed your recipe and my steak came out nice and tender and tasted excellent. The only thing I did different was to use an oil/garlic mixture instead of butter. I had some in the fridge that needed using. Thank you!
