This time of year always gets me wondering, What do people who don’t love turkey or ham eat at Thanksgiving?

I mean, is it a law you have to have a turkey? What if turkey makes you cringe?

So what do you do?

It’s a Beef Stroganoff Kinda Day!

It’s starting to get cold here. And when that happens, I always want hearty meals that keep me warm – and take my mind off the fact that it’s freezing outside!

Beef Stroganoff is one of my favorite cold weather meals. Yummy beef with beautiful noodles in a tasty sauce is so, so satisfying.

Click here for a great Stroganoff recipe for your next chilly day meal. And here’s a hint:  Make an extra batch for leftovers!!!

What NOT To Do With a Steak

Here’s the scenario:  You and your significant other are in the kitchen, enjoying libations, thinking about dinner. Relaxing, right?

Not for THIS couple.  Harsh words were exchanged and they made use of a steak in the most horrendously offensive way possible – a flagrant violation.

It was used as a weapon.

I cannot even bear to think about a beautiful steak being hurled about in order to inflict bodily harm.

Steak is meant for peace, man. Peace.

Read on here for all the gory details – if you can stomach it.

And let this be a lesson to all of us. Steak, when used in the manner it was intended, is one of the world’s most beautiful creations.

Let’s keep it in its place, folks!
