Citrus-Maple Marinade

Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup white cooking wine
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning

Directions:
Stir all together.  Pour over sirloin steaks.  Cover and marinate overnight before grilling.

Sweet and Savory Prime Rib Sauce

Ingredients:
1 Cup Jellied Cranberry Sauce
2 Tbsp Prepared Horseradish
1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp.  Minced Garlic

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.  Mix well.  Pour sauce into an air tight container.  Refrigerate overnight.  Stir well before serving as a dipping sauce with Kansas City Steak Company Prime Rib Roast.  Serves 4 or more people.  Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 1 week.

East to West Marinade

Ingredients:
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sesame oil

Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.  Use to marinate strip steaks.
