Bart’s Spicy Steak Marinade

Bart’s Spicy Steak Marinade


1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced onions
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all of the ingredients and marinate for
24 to 48 hours, depending on the type of steak.
Cook steaks to desired doneness on the grill.
