Pat’s Steak Marinade

Pat’s Steak Marinade
Makes enough for 4 Filets Mignon

1 C. Cooking Sherry
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1 T. Dried Onion Soup Mix
2 T. Brown Sugar

Mix all ingredients well.  Cover
filets with marinade in plastic bag.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours; may
marinade overnight if desired.
Remove steak from refrigerator
and marinade and allow to come
to room temperature.  Grill to
desired doneness.

Spicy Bourbon Filet Marinade

Spicy Bourbon Filets
Makes enough marinade for
4 Filets Mignon

1/4 C. Light Soy Sauce
1 C. Bourbon
3 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
2 T. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. Cracked Green Peppercorns
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. White Pepper

Combine ingredients, mix well.  Marinate
filets in mixture overnight in refrigerator. 
When ready to grill or broil, remove from
refrigerator and allow to come to room
temperature.  Grill or broil to desired
doneness.

Steak-A-Cola

Steak-A-Cola

Ingredients:
1 can of Coca-cola
1 package of dry brown gravy mix
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 steaks of your choice

Directions:
Rib brown sugar into steaks and put off to the side. 
Mix together cola, gravy mix, and garlic in a small
bowl.  Place steaks and marinade into a zip lock bag.
Place in the refridgerator and let stand for a minimum
of two hours. This marinade is great for grilling or
baking.
