Summer Steakburgers

These amazing steakburgers (just look at that beauty!) are perfect for summer get-togethers.

This is truly a STEAKburger. Steakburgers are made from . . . well, steaks.

This one is ribeye. Oh, yum!

These guys ground up their own ribeyes to make these steakburgers. You can do it too.

OR, you can buy them ready-to-go here.

Check this out to see exactly how it’s done!

Gordon Ramsay shows us in one minute how to cook excellent, flavorful ribeye steaks with artichokes. Delectable!

Now, it will take YOU longer than one minute to prepare these, you know. But this video shows you how to do it in just a minute. Spectacular!

You can’t go wrong with Gordo’s advice.

Think he’ll hunt me down and hurt me for calling him Gordo?

Sorry. Gordo.

Enjoy! And let me know how yours turn out.

Recipe: 15-Minute Steak

Summary: Quick and tasty steaks pan fried

Ingredients

  • – 1 serving of steak (I’m using the ribeye cut here) – olive oil – sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper – herbs of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Brush the steak with some oil and season with salt, pepper and herbs (optional) to taste just before cooking. 2. Heat the griddle pan on high heat till very hot. Place the steak onto the hot pan (you should hear a sizzling sound if the pan is hot enough) and reduce the heat to medium high. 3. Cook the meat based on the cooking times reference above. For example, for my steak which is 3/4 inch thick, I cook the meat on one side first for 4 minutes, then I flip over to the other side to cook for another 5 minutes. This is for medium. 4. Place the steak on a plate and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Variations

Change it up the way YOU like it with your favorite herbs and spices.

Cooking time (duration): 15

Number of servings (yield): 1

Meal type: dinner

Culinary tradition: USA (General)
